Purpose
To develop a Facilitator’s Guide and Participant Manual, for a five-day integrated SRMNCAH & SGBV capacity building program for health care workers, which will serve to enhance the knowledge base and skills of health care providers to provide quality comprehensive integrated services, building on the SRHR/HIV integration experience.
Objectives
- To develop a Facilitator’s Guide for Trainers, including
- The Facilitator’s Guide will be guided by approaches based on developing Facilitators Guide for Instructor Led Training (ILT) and provide for a participatory approach through exercises.
- To develop a Participant’s Manual
Time frame
The assignment will cover a period of 40 working day
Qualifications and Competencies of the Consultant
At least a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Sociology, or other related fields.
Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years’ working experience at least five of which should be in developing curriculum, training manuals or teaching guides.
- Knowledge and practical experience on SRH and HIV programming
- Must be familiar with the Botswana Health care system.
